Monday 4-26

Final fast stuff before the racing starts on Wednesday (non-scoring sections of the 1600/800) and the finals on Friday (our top three 1600, 800, and a 4x800 relay).

WU (800m, drills)
15min (with 4x30second pick ups)
2 laps Is/Os
4x150m on the track 50@mile-xc effort, 50@400-800 effort, 50 @mile-xc effort (100m walk then150m jog recovery back to start)
2x90m (30, 30, 30)
CD (2 laps around the football field)
Core (push ups, abs, bird dog)
Stretch
