Pretty relaxed day coming off a big week of training last week. Due to the Saturday meet they really didn't have an off day. Yesterday I had them do 8-10 min. of light running plus drills and stretching just to shake the legs out.
Tomorrow will be 3x300m with 100m walk recovery plus 2x 90m (30-30-30 accelerations) at the end. As a result, today was an easy day of getting in a medium-distance run trying to shake off Saturday yet still get ready for tomorrow.

Again so proud of the guys on Saturday. They won, which was nice, but more importantly they ran tough.
