Some slow stuff

Time for some deep aerobic stimulus. Today was a good reminder of how getting a nice aerobic stimulus does not mean running that fast. As Marcus O'Sullivan says it's often times much slower than you think.

HOT and SUNNY

10min additional running
2 Laps Is/Os
Top Guys: 1600, 1600, 1000 (7:03, 6:54, 3:30@800m not sure of exact 1000m time)
Middle Guys: 1200, 1200, 800
800m Guys: 800, 800, 800
(All was done at 7min/mile pace, 1:45/lap; 90 seconds rest between reps)
CD (2 laps around football field)
Stretch

Tomorrow will be very easy as we gear up for Friday where we'll take a shot at a fast 4x8, 4x4, and Zach will take a shot at running sub 5:10 in the mile.
