Those racing tomorrow, non-scoring 1600 and 800, had 10-15minutes with 2 100m strides.
Those racing Friday had the following:
WU (1200m, drills)
25min
2x600@6:40 per mile, which is 2:30 per 600m (jog back across infield to start line from 200m mark)
CD (2 laps around football field)
Just trying to keep the aerobic system going. I don't wanna give them a lot of sharpening work, just a few minutes of steady, faster running.
